RABBIT PACKAGES

Preheat the oven to 350F.  Sprinkle the rabbit pieces with the rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.  Wrap each piece with a slice of Black Forest ham.  In an ovenproof earthenware dish place the rabbit pieces, onions, and tomatoes.  Sprinkle with the olive oil.  Bake for 45 minutes.

4 tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
